I actually made this bread the other day, but instead of baking it on the pizza stone and spraying it as the recipe calls for, I did it in my dutch oven like the no knead (apparently spraying water in the oven is not good for the oven). I had to cut the recipe in half so it would fit, but it came out amazing! I didn't even glaze it or use the sesame seeds. The bread is softer and the crust is less dense, but still crispy. I like it because it only takes a few hours, so you can make it last minute. DH said it was the best bread I've made yet
p.s. It calls for cake yeast, but you can google to covert it to dry active or instant.
