DH has still been pretty good, however...I woke up with mastitis again today. 4 times in just under 3 months.

His two comments...
1. Well, I cannot just drop everything because you have a bad boob.

2. Well, they DO look awesome.


Yeah. I am not too fond of him right now.

Actually, that's an accurate description of what I'd like to do to DH right now. He's away on business and has been since Saturday. He texted me drunk, told me he wants to take a job in CT after we just decided to stay put here (like we decided the Friday night before he left). He keeps calling me when I'm about to put the kids to bed, he keeps texting me and waking me up, and he's going to be gone for my birthday, I just overall am not happy with him this week! Each thing on its own is probably nothing much, but he's being a d!ck this week!

Its bad enough that he travels and I'm alone with the kids, but he's not usually like this at all. So I'm confused why he's acting this way, tired and cranky, 

I'm drinking coke from a wine glass because its just too early to be drinking wine, I think.

Yesterday when DH got home he asked for a massage because his back hurt from stress.  I gave him one and told him I would need one before bed because my back has been acting up lately (chronic problems).  At bedtime I reminded him and his response was a reluctant "I guess I could do it, but I'm so tired. . ."  Grrr, wrong thing to say!  So I didn't get a massage and went to bed pissed off.

Dh does that half the time. Go on strike, No more rubs or tugs till he gives you a massage!

MH has a man cold. His snoring kept me up all night. It could be heard throughout the entire freaking bigass house. He's been acting like a child about it since Saturday. He acted like a jackass this morning when I asked him to take DD to daycare so I could get in early since my boss is in town. After he got her to daycare he called to tell me how hard she cried when he dropped her off and I wasn't there to walk her to her room. He's always pulling that guilt shiit on me and acting like his job is more important and he can't do pickup/dropoff. Guess what, buddy. I worked really hard for my degree, too, and I'm going to flucking use it. Ugh. He's driving me nuts. I've been piissed all day. I'm not looking forward to his sickly whining tonight.

He just put me to bed after giving me a squeeze hug that made me faint. I guess he is a cliff, but one with a good heart?

So when I was laid off, my company gave me the laptop, monitor & docking station. I mentioned to DH that I was interested in selling it & maybe using the proceeds to buy some clothes. His response was "What do you need clothes for?"

Um... maybe because I'm 20 weeks pregnant & struggling to fit into my prepreg clothes because the preg clothes I wore last time are all WAY too big for m & most are for summer anyway.

He then proceeds to tell me that "it's not all about me and I need to think of the family". Reminder... this computer was because of MY job.... Not to mention the fact that I wasn't planning on spending the entire amount on a new wardrobe - I just want to get some friggin clothes that fit me!

Yeah. I am not too fond of him right now.

I was reading something the other day and the author mentioned potato slices as a mastitis cure. I know it sounds insane, but it may be worth a shot?

Kagl, I'm sorry.  DH was away last weekend, which was my birthday.  It was really depressing, so I feel your pain.  Make plans to go do something, anything.  C and I went out to a local Mexican resteraunt.

Worth a try. Am I just putting sliced raw potatoes on my boob or is there a trick to it?
