I love a gentle rain but flooding terrifies me. People are ignorant when it comes to standing/rising water. Weather is a pain to deal with because it directly affects my job. It always amazes me how common sense escapes people when the weather is bad.

Thoughts/Rants/Chartstalks: I might have to post a chart stalk when I figure out how to later. FF has not given me crosshairs, however, I think there's a definite dip and elevation. I think I O'd on CD 22 but I think FF is confused by 2 high temps the week before that.

GTKY: What weather condition frightens you the most? Snow, rain, wind, locusts? Wind. DH and I are petrified when there are gusts of 100+km/h. We had a really bad wind storm a few years ago with wind so powerful it lifted trees out of the ground. Huge trees were falling like dominoes all around our house through the night and we were so scared one would fall on our house. We were too scared to sleep that night.

GTKY: What weather condition frightens you the most? Snow, rain, wind, locusts? Probably tornados, definitely not as common here in Ohio as when I lived in Missouri but we still get warnings pretty frequently.

What are you doing to affect your uterus: I had a temp drop this morning. I am hoping that means that my body has rid itself of the residual HCG from my m/c. As of this past Saturday, I was still turning HPTs positive. I just want my body to go back to normal.
Thoughts/Rants/Chartstalks: Gah, chartstalks again. No, I don't need a chart stalk. It just hurts my eyes.
GTKY: What weather condition frightens you the most? Snow, rain, wind, locusts? I can't think of any time that weather itself has frightened me. Driving in a dense fog in the mountains is probably the only time I've ever felt scared related to the weather.

I hate having to scrape off my car, I hate walking in it, and I can't stand driving in it. I ditched the car a few years ago when there was a layer of ice on the road (I was only going 30kph), and I've been nervous driving in it ever since.

And I grew up in cities that averaged 200-250 inches of snow every year, so snow is annoying, but I can deal with it. Locusts would frighten me. Or those "raining spides" in Brazil. Seriously, I would probably die...(arachnophobic)

Definitely wind/rain. We tend to lose power when there are high winds (i.e. Sandy and the tropical storm the year before it -- forget the name), and there is a high water table in our area. So, the power going out = non-working sump pump = water in our basement. I'm also scared of trees falling and hitting the house. Yeah....good times.
Meanwhile, DH wants to be Jim Cantore from The Weather Channel.

What are you doing to affect your uterus: Ummm. I need to drink more water this cycle. I'll be temping, charting and checking CM again. We're going back to BD EOD instead of ED since DH struggled to keep up last cycle.

GTKY: What weather condition frightens you the most? We have really strong winds here already, but tornados scare the crap out of me. We had one touch down a couple of blocks from where we lived on Father's Day 2010. We had no idea what was going on because tornadoes aren't common where we lived. Not to mention, we were driving when it struck.

What are you doing to affect your uterus: waiting for a referral to a fertility specialist. I guess the plan will be to change my anxiety medication so I can ovulate. Everything is so up in the air and I just want some answers.
Thoughts: I guess I don't know the basics. But if I'm supposedly not ovulating high prolactin from meds why are my cycles mostly regular?

GTKY: What weather condition frightens you the most? Snow, rain, wind, locusts? I used to be terrified of driving during the winter. I bought a full canadian winter proof car last year and since, I'm a happy camper.
I think tornadoes are scary as *** and I'm very lucky to live somewhere we don't get them.
