When do you test? I think I remember you saying AF was due next week. In testing soon, too.
AF isn't due until sun/Monday but I tested again today. negative, big surprise! In August I didn't get a positive until the day before AF was due so I really shouldn't be so impatient!
Well I don't know if it is that good but just emphasizes how forgetful I am. Last winter the boys and I went to a mcdonalds playland to meet friends. We got their before them so we hung out in the car to wait a few minutes. I let the boys get out of their seats and play. When I say my friend drive in I got the boys out right away to help her with her littlest one. 2hrs later after a great time. We decide to leave only I can't find my car keys. So of course my first thought is that I locked the keys in the van (not at all unusual for me) I run out to the car praying I didn't lock the car. Well I got lucky I didn't lock the car! But not only did I not lock the car I didn't shut the car off! I left the darn thing running the whole time!! DOH!
Hmm I have so many stupid stories. Do you want the spider story, last name story, or mcdonalds story.
Spider story. Unless it's scary. Then I want the McDonalds story.
Mcdonalds story above. I mentioned the spider story today in the scars thread but here it goes.
I was sitting on the couch talking on the phone when I notice a spider crawling on the ceiling. I go into the kitchen and grab a chair and fly swatter to kill the spider. I put the chair in the middle of the carpeted family room and stand on it with the fly swatter still talking on the phone. Unfortunately even with the chair and fly swatter I couldn't reach the ceiling so I did a little jump. The chair tipped towards the fireplace and I fell onto the chair legs wrapping my around the leg and then landing on it. Amazingly I didn't break the chair but lying there on the floor I instantly knew my arm was broken. I got the damn spider though! I ended up with two surgeries and 3 months where my arm was stuck at a 90 degree angle because of nerve damage. Up until that point I had never needed stitches or broken a bone and now I have a metal elbow
It was the worst summer ever! To make matters worse my 9mth old was EBF and refused solids and bottles. He went almost 24 hrs after the accident and then after each surgery a good 12 hrs without eating. My mom tried everything to get him to ea but finally I just had to feed him despite being on large doses of pain killers
I can no longer complain about my bruised wrist bone anymore. At least not without feeling like an ass. I can't even imagine chasing DS around one arm down. Hats off to you.
The bonus was I learned to do a lot with my left hand and I had a lot of help so I didn't have to do a lot of cleaning or cooking for a whole summer. try just brushing your teeth with your opposite hand. Its tough! Before DH would leave for work we would walk around the house and look in the refridge to see what needed to hands to be opened and he would open them for me.
This is just mostly forgetful, but duh. I went to leave for work last week, I had the baby in the carrier, my lunch bag, pump, and purse. Well, I had to set something down so I set my purse on the toneau cover of my truck and left it there. I have no idea how its even possible, but I got about 5 miles down the road and it was still setting back there. And I do this pretty regular. I have no idea how I haven't lost one of my kids.

thank god you didn't put the baby on the truck and your purse in the back seat!
Re: extremely bored and restless
Which do you like better? The new animated kids movies or the classics? Why?
