Postpartum Indigestion?

Anyone have any experience with this? DD is almost 9 month old, and the past few weeks, I've really noticed a lot of indigestion/gas (sorry, TMI).  I am not sure if I just developed a sensitive system during pregnancy or if something else is causing this. 

Any suggestions for a modified diet or good foods/excercises to combat the indigestion?
