I work 5 days, FT. I will have to continue to do this until DH finishes school (another 3 1/2 years) but hopefully after that, I can cut down to PT or SAH.

4-5. I work 80 hours over the 2 week period (9 hours a day, I work through lunch) so I have every other Friday off. It works really well for me.
The only complaint that I've heard from some of the 4/10 girls is that they have to leave early and get home late which leaves little time to see DC when he/she's awake. But if you can get 4 8's or 4 9's that would be great!
5 days (FT). After 6 weeks off for maternity leave I worked only 2 days a week for another 6 weeks, and it was great to have that transition time before I had to go back to work FT.
3 days a week for a total of 26 hours. Less days is much nicer. I do work one long day and I truly hate that day more than anything. I am not sure if I could pull 4 10s or not. Just depends on your situation!
Before I went out on leave, I was working 5 days a week, approximately 10 hours a day. I reduced my time to 4 days a week, 8 hours a day and it was one of the best decisions I made.
4-10s is an option in my office, but while I was pumping that would have meant being in the office for a minimum of 11.5 hours and when you add in my commute I would be away from home for 12.5-13 hours a day.
Even now that I'm not pumping I still don't think it is worth it because it would either mean not seeing DD in the morning or not having time to eat dinner as a family every night.

Five days, FT. Going p/t or going to a 40/4 or even 9/80 is just not a workable option unfortunately.
Ditto this. I tried going PT and it made my life crazy. Work was crazy and home life was crazy too b/c less work = less help from DH. I WAH 1 day a week and bring work home in order to give me the flexibility I need to be there for my kids when they need me. It works out pretty well for us, I think.
For the first almost 2 years after DD was born it was 5 days/week full time. Then for the last 7 months I worked in the field, so it really depended on when my appointments were scheduled and how much paperwork I had. I usually took DD into daycare later (9:30am ish) if I could and picked her up early.

4 to 4.5. I work 9-4 M-Th and I work some Fridays but only 9-12. I LOVE my hours. I get to see DS in the morning and feed him breakfast and then I'm home early enough to play with him and eat dinner as a family. My Friday's are great, either I'm home or I go in for 3 hours to finish up what I was working on that week. It's up to me whether I go in on Friday's or not.
My job is full time and I usually work 5 days a week. I have a very flexible job though. I can work the hours I want to work and do work from home. As long as I get my job done no one really cares when I do it.
Re: how many days a week do you work?

FT - 5 days a week. I do work from home 1 day a week which helps. The kids are at daycare 5 days a week.
