The big O....  

Can't get there since delivering LO.  I'm sure some of it is due to a number of factors: PPD, back on low dose of antidepressants, and back on BC.  Not BFing. This is not a lube issue--it's a "I'm enjoying this time with my husband but I can't orgasm" issue.

Does this get better?

Your muscles are looser too, so that can make it harder. After DS honestly it wasn't until he was 2 or 3 and I figured out how to manipulate myself, with DH's help, until I had them regularly again.
