When to do Mommy & Me?

Is anyone doing a Mommy & Me class?  At what age is it good to go?  I work full time and I am wondering how I will be able to do this if I can't find a program on Sunday.

    My daughter and I do Music Together once a week...she is 16 months and she loves it.  There are younger kids in the class too.  Luckily they accommodate a variety of schedules and they have weekday and weekend classes in this area at least...

    I started mommy and me swimming lessons with DD at six months. We enjoyed it. A lot will depend on the class and area. We checked out a mommy and me gymnastics class that didn't start until age 2 and we moved to an area where most mommy and me swim lessons start at 3. : /

    We do a gym class on Saturday mornings in our area.  She's been doing it since about 12 months and did fine.  I would have thought is to be a waste of money if she wasn't walking yet, but otherwise, the classes are the perfect amount of structure and free play that works for her.  The age ranges from about 12 months up to 3.
