Bleeding (Tmi)

My bleeding was going really well, even the staff was surprised at how fast it was clearing up. I haven't filled a pad since that first set 6 hours out of surgery. But yesterday it was a bit heavier, but only when I wipe and then again today its heavier then yesterday but only when I wipe. My pad isn't even really filing about every 3rd time I go pee the water is pink but normally its yellow like it should be. 

I know I am only a week post-op but I was wondering if any other woman had had something similar...where it was going to be all but gone and then seems to come back rather heavy. There are no clots, i'm not filling pads its only heavier when I wipe and there is a lot of the mucus...but its still heavier and the doctor said to watch for that...but they also said to think about what had happen in the day or night the day before it got heavier if it did happen, which makes me wonder if the fact that I had one of those sexy dreams that the body reacts to, could have triggered this suddenly heavier bleeding.

 What do you ladies think? Or have any of you had similar experiences?

I had heavy bleeding 2 weeks PP, it freaked me out because it was a lot, called the Dr. and was told is pretty normal to bleed more between day 10 and 14 PP

I bled for at least 8 weeks pretty heavy. I was told be concerned when passing golf ball or bigger clots or filling pads faster than every two hrs.mine was on and off too.
