Hello!

I haven't been lurking this board long, so I am not sure if an intro is necessary, but here it is. I just found out my cousin (who is like a sister to me) is expecting, so I am l planning a shower for her. Since it is the first time I have planned a shower, I thought I would head over to this board (I usually post on TTGP) to get some ideas!

    Pinterest is your friend :-D The board tends to get nothing but "my mom said I'm being a brat, but help me convince her she's wrong!" or "Can you help me come up with a poem to help cover up my spoiled brat desires?"

    He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be.  He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.

    Welcome.  First thing to do is to let your cousin know you want to host a baby shower for her and give her an idea of how many people you can accomodate.  That way she can decide whether it will be fore her family, her DH's/SO's family, friends or all of them.  Personally, I had 3 showers - one that was family and close friends, one that was given by the women at my church and a work shower.  If you have a budget in mind that might determine how many you can accomodate space-wise and financially.

    I get a lot of ideas from pinterest and also google.

    I'm planning a cousin's shower and Pinterest has been amazing. I found every type of idea there.

    BTW, your dog is adorable. I have a golden too. Best dogs ever.
