It's called let's guess what dh wants. He cleaned the house twice this weekend, including the dishes AND laundry, including folding and putting away. I worked an overnight last night and he let me have two long kid free naps yesterday and cooked lunch for us without even asking(he never cooks). Something has to be up. It's not sex, he gets spoiled in that department. It has to be something man or car related, like either he wants to go away on a guy weekend or buy something stupid for his derby car. Hmm, we shall see.

He has brought up Deadwood a  couple times. His friend is going through a divorce , maybe the are planning a gambling trip.

I think it more like what he has already done...it is easier to ask forgiveness than permission.  I'd check your garage for some new parts.

We don't have one, he keeps all the derby stuff at the shop at work. So it would have to be a big purchase I would notice.

That's too bad about his friend. Divorce sucks. I've heard about Deadwood but very little. We are a long ways away from the Dakotas.

MH told me once that his brother was dropping off some parts that MH had bought.  I came back home to find a four wheeler.  He said it didn't work so technically it was just parts.  Nice.

I say car parts. At least your DH does stuff like that. My DH just goes and buys the crap.

I'm learning from you ladies!  DH is gonna go to Niagara next weekend with his two buddies for a bachelor party (for a friend of the one buddy, who the other two only kind of know).  I should've definitely gotten some housecleaning or something like that out of him!  Especially since he didn't even want to take me for dinner to celebrate buying a house because money'll be tight, but this weekend is gonna cost $200+!
