They're both beautiful! Olivia potentially has more nickname options, but is also significantly more popular. But both are great choices.

I have cousins (that are sisters) named Olivia and Julia. I think Julia is just a little prettier although they are both lovely names.
ETA: The name Julia is prettier, not the person. They're both pretty people. I just thought it looked silly and wanted to clarify just in case.
