Non traditional MN?

Mad props to my DH for suggesting the MN Belle for our little girl (yay team pink!). 

It is a significant name because it has been my mom's NN for me since I was very little. It all stems from Beauty and the Beast being my favorite movie, my mom's immense love for France and the French culture, and of course because it means 'beautiful.' My DH said he thought it would be a great way to tie the three generations of girls together. Impromptu AW moment.

So here are my questions:

1. Is Belle a usable/not ridiculous MN?

2. Does it go with any of our potential FNs?

Madison Belle

Avery Belle

Savannah Belle

Mackenzie Belle

Morgan Belle

Summer Belle - this one sounds a bit redic to me so I think it's out

1. Belle is about as far as you can get from "non-traditional" and "ridiculous." From what I have seen, it is a pretty common middle name. Add in all the people with Belle/Bella/Isabel/Isabelle/Isabellas as first names (and mn)...yep. Belle  names are very very common.

But all in all, it sounds like a good option for you. Family/personal meaning is always nice to have.

2. I think Emily and Olivia are nice. They sound good. Not a fan of the rest. Cambrie Belle does not sound good.

Love belle as a mn. My grandmothers mn is bell and we are using that as our LO middle name as well as a way of honoring her. I think it flows pretty nicely with most of your girl names too!

Savannah Belle sounds like you are trying to hard. I keep picturing a pretty blonde girl from Alabama.  The whole belle of the southern ball reference.

I think Belle is one of those MNs that goes with almost anything. The only ones that sound a little off to me are:

Mackenzie Belle

Summer Belle (agree with the "ridiculous" assessment)

Cambrie Belle

The rest sound just fine to me!

Agreed! Totally fine and a nice connection. My favorites are:

2. I think it sounds fine with anything on your list except Summer. I like Olivia, Emily or Savannah best with it.

I adore it!  And having personal meaning behind it, plus your hubby's sweet consideration would cement it for me!  
I think with the exception of Cambrie Belle, all your names sound nice with it.
