Bill on fraud and father's right in UT legislature

I rarely post anymore but I do lurk.  I used to be a regular, I swear!  I thought these articles might be interesting reading for some on the board. 

 

After a series of very high-profile disputed adoptions by birth fathers in Utah, including one recently by a married father in the military, a Utah legislator introduced a bill designed to cut back on fraud in the adoption process.  The bill is now on hold after a pretty heated committee hearing this week.
