Funny workout issue

For my wedding I did the 30 day shred and it worked wonders, so since I'm really annoyed with my big ol' belly and I'm already going on two walks with the babes a day and eating super healthy I decided to throw the video into the mix, it's only 20 min so I can do it while he's napping and it totally kicks my a$$... anyways... funny part is I feel like I have to pee the WHOLE time.  I peed right before it started and still like had to focus on not peeing while doing my jumping jacks!  It was much easier to workout before I pushed those babies out!!

Re: Funny workout issue

  • Too funny!

I sold my copy of 30 day shred and now I am regretting it.  This week I plan to start heading to the gym again (assuming I get the all clear from my OB on Tuesday) but I think I want something for days that I don't want to go to the gym.   It really is a great workout for only taking 20 minutes at home.

  • Ugh, this is the very reason I have not done the Shred since giving birth.  I can't even run after DD in the driveway without leaking.  Suuuuucks.

  • After I had dd, I thought a trampoline would be a fun thing to do to work out.  I didn't make it 2 minutes before I had to get off to pee.
