I don't believe TB has a board specifically for that. Generally that is discussed at the AP board. And there it usually becomes a heated debate between pro-vaxers and non-vaxers. You can always posts questions here, although I haven't seen a discussion on vax in many weeks.
I've seen them posted in the July 2013 moms boards before..Haven't been on them in a while for obvious reasons, but maybe look back at some old posts...
No matter where you post on here, you will most likely be completely bombarded with judgmental people. I learned that the hard way. We don't do any vaccinations.

Do you take your kids to a pediatrician? If so, was it hard to find a ped who would treat your unvaccinated kids? I didn't realize that was a "thing" until I read a pro-vax discussion somewhere here on TB. Some pro-vaxers were talking about their peds refusing to treat unvaccinated kids...
