labor?

I have had contractions ongoing for a week.  Went to OB today and am 2 cm dilated (yea!!!).  This is the second baby for us.  I am starting to have vaginal pain- the type of pain I would have usually a day before my period starts.  No bleeding.  I am just curious... I wonder if this is it?  Would love some feedback; maybe I need to chill out:)

How far along are you? It's normal to have cramps for a couple days after you have an internal. I had cramps and spotting for about 24 hours after my first internal.

Hmmm, I've been having this for a week and went from 1 to 3 cm dilated, but still no active labor. Being induced tomorrow, I hope labor comes quick for you!
