Vent Insensitive people

Went for a consult to fix a problem that occured during childbirth. Doc says your a good candidate for gastric bypass.  Wow that hurt. Have not lost all my baby weight but still...ouch.  Have never had to wear plus size clothing but I need half my stomach cut out.

    I woulda told him he was a good candidate for reconstructive surgery for the busted nose he is lookin for?

    Yup, no big deal.

    Plus sized clothing is made for bigger people who are more likely to be candidates for weight loss surgery than someone who isn't in bigger sized clothing. Saying you aren't big enough to wear plus-sized clothing isn't offensive or rude, it is a fact. At least not the way the OP said it.

    I'm glad all the regular March bumpies understood my comment about plus sized clothing.

    Thankful this person is not my primary doctor.  Due to his attitude I am still looking for a surgeon.
