Motherhood is not for wimps
Have you tried the humidifier? And a nasal rinse? That is what got me through my head cold I got in 1st Tri. That and Tylenol and Unisom before bed. Hope you feel better soon!
Dang Bump ate my post. Let's see. Just about 8 weeks. Some days are good and some aren't. The nausea is all over the place and I can't figure it out.
I told my boss but my parents still don't know. I Realize that is weird.
U/s in 2 weeks and not so patiently waiting.
This pregnancy is nearly exactly opposite of the other two. I have Feb/March babies and winter maternity clothes. I'll nerd to figure out some summer basics for weekends. I'm going to make my work clothes that I have now last through despite looking wintery.

Round 1: Femara + Ovidrel +TI = BFP! EDD 2/20/12
2IF does not always equal 3IF...Surprise!
Well hey everyone! I have not checked in for so long, I do apologize. Never thought I'd be monitored as high risk, but we've got a couple of things going on. During my a/s in November, the tech suspected marginal cord insertion. I waited until 1/2 for my first consultation and u/s with the high risk doc because I knew how expensive that would be and I was right! They confirmed the cord inserted into the placenta off to the side, rather than ideally in the middle. The risk is that there are blood vessels that grow out of the cord to feed the placenta and there is a chance the placenta doesn't get fed as much as it should which would result in smaller baby growth. He also measured 1mm extra fluid around the heart than what they like to see, so I see the high risk doc every 4 weeks now for an u/s. On 1/30, there was no extra fluid and baby was only measuring 3 days behind. At 32 weeks, he recommended weekly NST's, so I also meet with my regular OB weekly already too. Monday 2/25 is my next high risk u/s & consult.
*QOTW: Will you be delivering this time in the same season as your last LO? What are your pros and cons to this?
Just about...DD1 was born in the middle of summer. DD2 will be born in the spring. I'm hoping to be able to reuse most clothes. Definitely don't mind doing a little shopping if I need to! It should be nice to be on maternity leave in April, May & June in central WI. Some days were a little too hot with DD1 in late summer to be outside.

Nope DS was born in October....DS 2 will be in May. I had to buy new maternity tops & sweaters this time around. I never got any last time because it was still 80 the day before DS was born (however it was 40 3 days later when I left the hospital).
Most of my little baby stuff is fall/winter & this one will probably need summer stuff to start with. I may be able to reuse some of the t-shirts/onsies/sleepers & maybe some stuff this fall-but if this is a bigger baby I am out of luck.
This time has been better because I'm not big and pregnant in the dead of summer. We also had record hot temps that fall-so it sucked.
