So for those who have it, what year is your seat and does it slide underneath the table as a booster (I read somewhere that the 2012 model has removable arms to it can slide under the table?) AND is it really that difficult to clean? It would be really nice if I could use this as a high chair and as a booster that can slide under a regular table later.
TIA!!
Re: XP: FP Space Saver High Chair
I got mine in 2010 but I feel the same way!
This. I got mine in 2007 and while the arms did not fit under our table, it was never an issue because the height was adjustable to three positions, so we just found the one that worked.
I got this chair for my second baby, for the first we had a traditional stand alone and I hated it. DS used this till he was about three and I have no reservations about using it again for #3. I had a consignment store for awhile and when people would ask for advice, or a good seat for the Grand's house, this is what I would recommend to them as well.
Mine is a 2008 model, so it does have the arms that aren't removable and doesn't fit under the table as a booster. That was annoying, but I fixed the problem by buying a $15 booster seat when my Dd was old enough to not need the high chair. As a high chair, I think it's great. I didn't find it any harder to clean than any of my other baby gear. With them arms redesign, I would whole heartedly recommend the high chair.
