Tara Miesner photography!! I am not 100 percent sure on 1 year olds bc I have only looked for newborns, but she has a package for newborns that is $500 and you get all pics on Cd with rights...... I'm sure she has something similar for 1 year olds also, you have to email or call for a more detailed pricing list and package list. She is wonderful though and so sweet!
