Next carseat

Is your LO in the next carseat up or still the infant seat? The limit to ours is 25lbs or 30 inches.. My LO is 18lbs and 27 inches. Not sure if I should move to the next one. Only down fall is we LOVE our snap n go stroller, so once the carseat goes so does the stroller!

Re: Next carseat

  • We're in the exact same situation, except LO is 19 lbs. He could easily move on to the next carseat but I am dreading it because we love the snap n go stroller too! His carrier is getting soooo heavy though...

  • Yeah this is us, too. I need to just go ahead and pull the trigger on a carseat but I can't make myself do it.

  • Yeah that's def another issue! I'm in mass and the past few weeks have been awfully cold and snowy! Not looking forward to taking her out of the car seat and having to put her back in when's its below zero! Anyone know of any good "simple" strollers that are reliable?
  • We are still using our Graco Snugride 30. Dagny is still under 20 lbs so we could use it for a while but it is so freaking heavy to carry her in it that I normally just take her out of it. She likes to sit in the cart and facing out in her stroller [we have a travel sustem] so we are switching her to the convertaible this weekend.

  • Still in the infant seat, but will be switching soon even though we aren't close to the limits. We don't use it with the stroller anymore and LO doesn't sleep in it once the car stops. Even though the convertible seat has been in the garage for 2 months my husband hasn't gotten around to it installing it yet. To get him to do it I scheduled the seat inspection in 2 weeks.

  • Both of mine are still in the infant car seat. The reason is that I like the double snap and Go and do not want to have to take them out of their seats in the winter.I figure spring will be here soon and we can change then.
