Irregular is normal?

I had my baby on 12/2/12 and i got my period back end of January. According to my calendar, i should have had it again this month 3 days ago. I know i'm not pregnant so i was just wondering if any experienced mom's out there know if post pregnancy periods will be irregular for a while? I'm sure that is the case but i thought i'd at least ask around. Thanks :-)

    With DD1 I EBF and AF came back at 7 months pp, and cycle lengths varied for a few months after that. But, I think that was due to breastfeeding, so not sure if that helps you?

    ya, your body is still all over the place and still needs some time to get back to the way it was before. I wouldnt be worried at all.

    yeah i am breastfeeding so i assumed it would vary.
