Wet bag for diaper bag?

Which bag, or more importantly, which sized bag do you use on the go? I found some cute  itzy ritzy bags online that seem to get good reviews, but the sizing has me a bit confused.  Also, any other recommendations on a brand are welcomed.  I would like to spend as little as possible on these wet bags, but am flexible if there is a big difference in quality. I guess I am confused as to how the $20 wet bag is different than a large ziplock bag for an on the go use?  Forgive my ignorance.

I have Alva wetbags and they work just fine! No problems as of yet and they were only 5 or 6 dollars

I have one Alva, one Fuzzibunz, and two Bummi's bags. I like them all, but since the Alva is just as good and only $5, that might be the way to go. They're better than ziplock because you can wash them.

I use a planet wise bag but for travel I have two bubili I think that's the name they were cheap but not 5.00 cheap!! I'll have to check out Alva. I found them on amazon but went to their website to buy for free ship.

I'm not sure what you mean by "wet bag for diaper bag?', but if you're hoping to avoid having a diaper bag and a wet bag, I don't see how that would work.  Once you put a dirty diaper in the wet bag you don't want your clean diapers, toys, creams, etc in there with it.  We have two Planet Wise large bags.  They're much bigger than we need, even when we go away for a weekend.  We wash ever other day and send a wetbag to day care.  The difference between a wetbag and a ziploc is the type of plastic.  PUL will not leak, but will allow enough air flow to keep most of the smell down, while not letting you smell through the bag.  I know, weird.  It's a science thing I think.  A ziploc should contain the mess and the smell, but won't allow for air flow.  Plus, you probably wouldn't save any money going that route.  If you're lucky you might be able to get two diapers into a gallon sized bag and you'd only be able to use it once.  A wetbag will hold several diapers and can be washed.  Totally worth the price to me.

oops.  I see how that is confusing now.  I was trying to ask " what wet bag is best to put in the diaper bag"? I am trying to determine what size to buy for on the go.  I know I will need a much larger one for the diaper pail in the nursery, but not sure which size is ideal for inside my diaper bag.

I think a planetwise wet/dry bag takes all the confusion out.  The size is perfect for on the go.  You can store you clean diapers/change of clothes etc in the dry part and put the dirty diapers in the wet part.  Once I started using it I stopped carrying a diaper bag completely cause it was just easier to throw the wet/dry bag in the car or my purse (granted I do love a big purse).

Another vote for the Alva wet/dry bags. They are cheap, so I have about 3 that I rotate through. I wish I bought more cause I'm finding more uses for them.
