starting or finishing my 36th week?

hi guys, sorry if u guys get sick of dumb posts like this lol but i seem to have confused myself! i am 36 weeks today....does that mean i have started my 36th week or have finished it? i am due march 20th and today is 20 feb, just trying to figure out if i should be reading the info for week 36 or 37 when looking on websites, thanks!

You are 36 weeks, this means you have finished 35 weeks and 6 days and are in your 37th week. Think of your age as an example. Say your 25, you have finished 25 years and are in your 26th. I hope this helps.

Yeah, I always used to get confused by the fact that on the day of the ticker change, The Bump is just now giving you the info on the week that you just finished.  Like on the day you turned 36 weeks, it tells you all about what happens in the 36th week, which is now over.  I just click ahead to the next week now and read that info to find out what I'm currently experiencing and what will be happening for the rest of the week.

She asked if it was the beginning or the end of the 36th week when her ticker changed to 36 weeks.  It's the end.  36 weeks 1 day is the beginning of the 37th week.  Read what you want, but the 36 week update is discussing what has already happened, and the 37 week update is discussing what is currently happening and what will happen for the rest of the week.

No, she has all of 37 weeks, 38 weeks, 39 weeks and 40 weeks before being considered full term. Full term pregnancy is 40 completed weeks.

If you are 36 weeks pregnant, that means you have FINISHED 36 weeks and entering 37th.  Same as if you are a year old, you are entering your second year of life.
