I have lurked and voted on this board, but this is my first post here!
I think we have it narrowed down to two names, but I am having a hard time deciding between them.
Zoe Mae
Fiona Mae
MN is DH's grandma's and mother's MN, so we are keeping it.
1. I love Zoe, I am worried about the rise in popularity.
2. Zoe Mae seems a bit short/harsh on paper?
3. I also love Fiona, but just can't settle that it's 'the one'
Thanks for your input!
Re: Girl name help
Funny..I know a mom named Zoe and her baby is Fiona! Her other daughter is Adelina.
I like them both, but I lean towards Fiona with the mn Mae..Fiona Mae sounds better than Zoe Mae, but then again if are "feeling" Zoe more you have to think how often are you going to be using the middle name. For some reason when you say Zoe Mae outloud it doesn't sound like a name. I think Fiona is pretty.

I really like Fiona more than Zoe. Zoe is just so harsh. And I know about 25 golden retrievers named Zoe.
DS also goes to school with a Zoe and she is a holy terror.
Are you pronouncing Zoe with one syllable (like Joe with a Z) or two (Joey with a Z)?
If it's the latter I prefer Zoe Mae.
Otherwise although Fiona is not my favorite, I like the flow better.

I prefer Zoe Mae (assuming it is pronounced Zoh-ee)
