The Harlem Shake to me? I don't get it.  Is there anything to "get?"

No.  I think the appeal is just to watch and see what kind of crazy things people can come up with to do in the video.  Some of them do make me laugh, others not so much.  I just found out about them a few days ago.. apparently I am behind.

I think they are fun. I was trying to explain them to MH last night and it's hard to do. I prefer to narrate the. As in, "look at that guy dancing in his office! Why doesn't anyone notice? They are just going about their business? OH SHIZZ it's a PARTY!"

I keep telling myself I won't watch anymore and then I watch like 7 more.

Ahhh ok.  I recently heard about it and thought it was going to be a dance like Gangnam Style or Soulja Boy. Then I watched some videos on YouTube and was like "what the heck is this?"

Since I teach high school I like to know what these things are, but I felt very lost with this one.

Somehow I knew you would know about it Pear. ;o) I feel better knowing it's exactly what it looks like - people just coming up with crazy sh!t! I actually kind of like the beat of the song!
