So BF and I had such a great time on our hike, making comments like "why does it take us having a kid to get out and be active and such" so we decided we would start working out before we watched TV everyday.... (we have TV on 24/7)
heres my workout this morning
1) 10 minute yoga routine ... dude went so freaking fast i couldn't keep up
2) Cardio funk 8 min.. yeah step three has you thowing an elbow and bending a knee... I have no rhythm and couldn't figure it out
3) cardio dance (same damn instructor) again.. this girl (me) cannot dance!!!!
Tomorrow I will try some more on demand stuff and find a good fit... LO got tired of floor time by the time i got through thoise3

Good for you to get active! I've been trying to stay committed to working out too - making yourself do it before you watch TV is a great idea! I'm a TV addict too... and I just watched the Biggest Loser while eating breakfast. That should be a motivator in itself!
I'm awful at the dance workouts too. They always look like so much fun, but the instructor is always 5 steps ahead of me. I have to rewind the video about 10 times to learn the moves!
