Do you use any kind of air freshener in your LO's room?
As DS toddlers poops gets smellier we have been taking those especially smelly diapers straight to the outside trashcan but sometimes the smell just lingers.
I put a Fresh Wave packet at the bottom of the diaper pail and we empty it daily, but otherwise I've been hesitant to add anything else scented with the thought that its kind of just adding chemicals...that being said, as a last resort on even on cold days I've cracked the window for a few minutes for some fresh air to try and clear things up.
I'll be curious to see what others have tried.

We just use Arm & Hammer things in the pail. That helps, but far from eliminates it all. I don't do air fresheners anywhere. I hate them. They make it smell like poop + air freshener. Plus, they make me sneeze.

Squeaker born 7/30.
We use the Arm&Hammer discs in the bottom of his pail and it helps, but doesn't get rid of it entirely. I also don't like the idea of air fresheners in the nursery, so I just try to air the room out as much as I can.

We use one of those plug in air fresheners in DD's room right behind the diaper pail. We live with FI's family and FMIL was constantly complaining and saying we were going to have to get rid of it and take every diaper out to the trash so I decided to try that. It really helps and never seems overwhelming, just a nice light scent.

Re: Air freshener in LO room?
It is a "clinging" aroma, isn't it?
