No advice sorry but I was always nervous for the dream feed with DS1 too...I was afraid that I would either wake him up and he'd take a while to go back or that he would then get used to it and want to eat more...I contemplated it so many times but never had the guts to do it..haha. Please let me know what it does for your LO's sleep...I'd love to hear! Good luck!
I started the sleep easy 2 weeks ago. The dream feed is not a big deal. My son barely woke up and when I put him back down he fussed for a few seconds and then fell asleep. My big problem was when he woke up before his scheduled feed time ( I was weening him off night feeds also) I had to wait about 30 min for him to settle himself back to sleep then wait another 15 min to feed him. By the end of the week the sleep easy was working. He was sleeping from 7pm-630 am, but he came down with a cold and we fell back into our old habits. I can't wait until he recovers so I can start sleep easy again and get him back on track
