Sleep Sheep users - come in

Our sleep sheep only stays on for 23 minutes even when on the 45 minute setting. I already changed the batteries. 

 

Any suggestions?

We have the Sleep Sheep on the Go and it does the same thing on the 45 min setting.  I haven't had the time to troubleshoot this issue.

Same here!!! Love the sheep so I can't complain. Except baby wakes up once it turns off the first time. And it definetly doesn't stay on for 45mins

I am irrationally angry about this. Lol. 

 

And of course I already got rid of the packaging so I can't even return the stupid things.

I haven't tested out the exact time on ours, but the 45 min setting seems to be accurate to me. Maybe some defective ones?

See if they have a website...maybe you can find the customer service number.

Mine does the same thing and at times it makes a strange buzzing sound

annoying! no help here but that's why we bought a sound machine...it stays on all the time. LOVE it. 

it's been worth it's weight in gold...although it was a gift i think they're pretty expensive. about $50 but SO worth it.

especially since you control the timing.
