Trying dairy again

Our pedi GI dr wants us to try a dairy based formula again. I'm terrified but I know it's time. I gave her a bottle with one scoop dairy formula. That was at noon. It's a little after 3 now. Anyone know how long it would take for a reaction to show up?

Thanks. I have been putting it off as we just got her reflex under control. I hate to rock the boat.

with me DS2 throws up the moment he drinks it. unless he steals DS1's bottle and then he is fine.... but usually they have a reaction within two hours if they are going to throw up, or cranky after 4 hours....
