Trying to get my lo back to sleep. She happy but wide awake. Me on the other hand could go back to bed

    I'm up! LO is out like a light on top of me right now. She seems to have some reflux issues, and need to keep her upright or at an incline for about 20 minutes after nursing. Otherwise, even with the best burps in the world she is likely to spit up a bit. Just trying to think of it as cuddle time, instead of sleep deprivation!

    Up nursing. LO has been a good sleeper but I got hit with a LONG round of cluster feeding starting yesterday afternoon. I'm exhausted and my nipples are sooooo sore. Please let this soreness pass soon. Having nursing hurt so much really sucks. No pun intended.
