Help me w/ Feeding

My DS has always been fed on demand. When we first brought him home he kind of invented his own "schedule". He ate about 3-4oz every 3-4 hours. Now all the sudden he eats about every hour only 1-2ozs. Any tips for getting him to eat more at a time?

    Welcome to a growth spurt. My DD always eats smaller amounts more often during a growth spurt and then goes back to normal after a few days. Just ride it out.

    Is he falling asleep or just pulling off acting satisfied?  Try keeping him awake to feed longer if possible.  

    If he's just acting satisfied.... welcome to having a snacker.  DS still feeds every 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    DS did this too. We just started giving him his pacifier to hold him over in b/t feedings (or just realized he was crying for another reason). We won't feed him unless it has been 3 hours (or close to it) b/c then he will be up every hour all night and that gets old fast!
