What am I doing wrong?

Trying to add a picture of LO to my signature.  I've gone to the bump's faq's section and read how to do it.  I followed the instructions, but it's not changing.  Operator error or bump issue?  Anyone able to help?

Bump issue. If the code is right, it falls under "siggy issues" category. Save it a million times. Or maybe try ten first.
