Hi Ladies,
After all we've been through, I've been too anxious and nervous even to post an update. I can't believe it, but we have a BFP!
We were waiting to start IVF #3 this month after being delayed in January. We decided to give it our best effort this cycle with TI and my RE had me on PIO, estrogen, prednisone for my autoimmune issues, Lovenox and aspirin for my coagulation problems. Last weekend, I was having some cramping around 10 dpo, and on a whim decided to POAS. Well, I was totally shocked to see a BFP!
Beta 1 was 70, Beta 2 was 204 and Beta 3 was 528. I am hoping and praying this little embryo sticks!!!
I was thinking that if IVF #3 didn't work for us, maybe it would never happen. It is so hard not to give up hope, but I encourage you to keep trying if it feels right. You never know when suddenly things will change for the better.

4/2012 FET BFP #3
5/2012 7w1d u/s: anembryonic demise; M/C @ 8w.
6/2012 found Stage II/III endo on laparoscopy, removed w/ laser.
8/2012 IVF #2 epic fail: no viable embryos.
Vacation, break, second opinions, on to new RE.
1/2013 Surprise chemical pregnancy BFP #4 (break cycle), IVF #3 postponed.
2/2013 TI w/ hormonal support, prednisone, aspirin, Lovenox, acupuncture gave us a miracle BFP #5!

3 break cycles; took clomid 50mg, BFP #2 Beta #1 35, Beta #2 338!!! Owen was born 2/11/11!

Cycle #7: 150 clomid+ovidril+IUI=BFN (switched to RE)

Thanks! I had a full recurrent loss work-up including testing for coagulation issues and autoimmune disease. Because of some of the findings and my issues w/ implantation, I am on Lovenox and aspirin. PM me if you have specific questions about your situation and I'll be happy to tell you what I know.

Me: 42. DH: 46.
1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.
2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.
3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.
4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.
5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.
Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN. After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.
August 16, 2013: BFP our first month of "not trying!" Still in shock. Beta #1 (14dpo): 183. Beta #2 (17dpo): 611. Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm!
Ultrasound 9/13/13: 8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
Baby is due 4/26/14
