I am having anxiety issues tonight for no reason. I am worrying about everything right now. The baby has changed positions, I can tell because my bell is all lopsided, but I haven't felt him really move (when he obviously has). Just feeling all around anxious. I do not like it.

Here's something my therapist asks me to think about constantly: Will the worrying you're doing change anything, or will it just make you more physically and mentally stressed?
It's so hard not to worry, but I think that thinking of worry this way can help you let it go. It doesn't always work, but it helps me a lot of the time. I hope LO moves soon to give you some reassurance.

That might be MORE than "part" of it! I have dealt with anxiety issues my entire life, and I notice I get them when I'm tired and/or dehydrated.
Keep healthy, and get rest. When your body is comfortable your mind is less likely to freak out.
