WDYT of Callahan?

Cal for short.

We are having a really tough time naming this baby! Other options on our short list are Nolan, Miles and Watson (Watts). MN will be Howard. Big sister is Eloise.

I'm open to new suggestions, too! TIA.

That is exactly who I think of when I hear Callahan. I do not like it for a first name because of this.

Callahan reminds me strongly of a surname.

I can't get past Chris Farley.  Hopefully by the time yours got old enough, people would have forgotten about Tommy Boy.

 

But besides that, I don't like it because it sounds too much like a last name.

Not a huge fan. Carmichael is a similar style, but I like better.

Or if you like Cal why not Calvin?
