I just bought an Ergo carrier and my 3 week old DD loves it. She's usually asleep before I even have it buckled.
So my question is with the infant insert, she's nice and snug up against my body, but where does her head go? There's so much space between my chest and the insert that her poor head bobs around everywhere. I was hoping to be able to do chores and stuff while wearing her, but every time I bend over her head flops back, and then when I stand up her little nose smashes into my chest. Not sure if there's a fix to it. I can't get the sling any tighter and still allow her room to breath.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything in the last few pages. Thanks for your help!

roll the top of the insert back, away from you. then there will be 2 layers behind baby's head. Her head should rest on your chest, as PP said.
