Roland Garrett is finally here

After almost 48 hours of induction, trying every induction process available, and having 2 failed epidurals they finally gave me a csection. I had been failing to progress, I only got to a tight 3 cm and 80 percent effaced. The epidurals only worked partially for me. Then I started to get a fever.

After all this I had an unplanned csection and Roland Garrett was introduced to the world today 02/14 at 2:56 pm weighing 7 lb 15 oz and a length of 21.

He is absolutely the most amazing thing I have ever done and I have never seen anyone more beautiful than our little boy. I will update more later with pics once we all get settled into more of a routine.

Thank you again ladies for all the help, encouragement, and inspiration you have given me. Good luck to all the ladies who are still waiting for their LO's arrival and I hope all is going well for the ladies with "outside babies"!
