Worst comment I've received yet and probably ever will: I was minding my own business at the ATT store when the greeter started playing 101 questions. She looks at them real close and goes "I can say this cuz I'm not their mom. That one is cuter than the other one." I was in such shock that I couldn't come up with a good comeback other than "I think they're both beautiful." It hurt my feelings so bad I don't think I'll ever get over it :

I'd have been in shock as well, but when that settled, I'd probably gone back and asked for the manager. That is beyond reprehensible.

Wow, that is seriously ridiculous. I agree that a chat with the manager would be in order... A person that dumb & rude should definitely not be working in a customer service role. Sorry for your experience.

I would totally call the store and turn that snatchfest in to the manager. That's is AWFUL.

My worst comment was at a Verizon store. An employee asked me if my twins were 2 boys. I said yes and she responded, "It's too bad they weren't a boy and a girl." I wanted to slap her. I might actually have slapped her if she called one of them less cute. I'm pissed for you!
