DH is gearing up for me to not make it to the hospital next time. I DO NOT want this to happen to me! Maybe four more kids... maybe with that practice then I'll be ready...

Ha I saw this today too. Unplanned unassisted birth is a fear of mine. I had a pretty short labor with DS and I'm worried we might not make it to our birth place next time! We just might do a home birth.

Crazy! I am convinced that I'll be having an unassisted home birth with this one. DD2 was born after only 3 hours of labor, and DH works over an hour away. I'm not too concerned about delivering the baby myself, but delivering the baby while home alone with a 2 year old and 14 month old is my nightmare.
