The cupcake batter came out surprisingly nice for a boxed mix. Next time I think I would add the champagne right at the end to keep it slightly bubbly. They taste yummy though. I haven't frosted them yet, because the frosting I made was totally crappy and runny. I guess that's what I get for winging it. I'm modifying the recipe and attempting tomorrow.

I already made the strawberry sauce, but the rest of the chocolate cupcakes are getting done in their entirety tomorrow. I was going to finish it all today, but A ended up having a fever and being miserable, so we literally just cuddled on my recliner the entire day. Boo.

I've always wiped. But I've had two moms tell me it's a waste. So I needed to know if I'm right or if I'm weird.
