We went to the specialist today and were finally able to get another growth ultrasound! There is a blog update with more info (click on the pic of my son below), but in a nutshell...... She has grown from below the 5th percentile to the 7th and my fluid level was over 11cm!! We go back every week to monitor the fluid level, cord flow, and placental hemorrhage! Thank you all for your prayers!!

visiting from July 2013 site. Read your blog, and so happy to hear that things are going in the right direction for you and baby girl.
I'm curious, why do your doctors think she is measuring small? With my first he was measuring small and DH is average height and I am short, so we felt it was familial. However we went through hell and a lot of ultrasounds before he was born. We now know why and he is perfectly happy and healthy... but curious as to what reasons they have given you for her being in the lower percentiles. I also had an amnio done also, not fun at all
Anyways... just thought I would share as your story touched me.

Thank you for reading! I went in for the amnio, and there were so many abnormalities, size being one of them (she was measuring 2 weeks behind). I also have a big bleed behind/part of my placenta so I think they are now theorizing that all of these problems are a result of that bleed. When they pulled the fluid, it was very dark and blood stained. They also did ask a lot of questions about my son's size during pregnancy and at birth and he followed typical growth curves. Hope that answers your question!
Wow, well I'm glad to hear that things are getting better for you and baby! It really is hard to go through all this stuff during a time when it's supposed to be exciting and happy. I hope things just keep improving for you from this point forward!
