Getting nowhere

So I decided to look more into international adoption of that klittle boy from RR. He is availiable to adopt from Canada but when I contacted the local agency they said it would likely be $60K and I would need to go through another agency as well for the russian part. When I contacted the first agency they said they do not work with that region.

The second agency did not know and said they would email me.

I am thinking even with some creative fundraising, there is no way I can raise $60K

60,000?? Is that how much international adoptions cost even without travel!?

Are you required to work with a Canadian agency?  Just wondering.  That sounds really expensive.  Did they tell you where all of the money goes?

Luckily ours didn't cost that much but I could see how it could with all costs included like travel and such.

With three trips, it gets expensive fast.

Well both agencies I called do not work with this area in Russia. /sigh

Jalara- Why did you choose Russia? It seems to be one of the priciest areas...

I will have to look into the other 1 in Ontario and 1 in BC. I contacted 2 in Ontario so far...
