DS is 7 months old and has refused formula ever since I went back to work when he was 4 months. We offer it every day and I have tried everything, but he just won't take formula.
That wasn't a huge problem since I was still able to nurse him 5 times a day, I had excellent supply, and he was taking to solids with gusto. However, for the past 4 or 5 days or so, I've noticed a drop in my supply. At the same time, DS seems to be going through a growth spurt so it seems like he is hungry all the time. I'm doing everything I can to increase my supply, but in the mean time, we have been giving DS more and more solids. Yesterday, in addition to his 5 nursing sessions, he had 6 tbls of oatmeal, a piece of chicken that's about the size of my entire thumb, a whole banana, and 12 long green beans. I feel like that's a lot of food for a little person.
