I was going to do Lamaze but am now thinking I'd like to try Bradley. All the courses seem to be 12 weeks (which is hard because it means having to find childcare for all those classes and potentially giving birth before the class is over) and focusing on other things like nutrition and pregnancy stuff that I don't really need second time around.
Does anyone know of an online or video course that we could do at home? Free would be awesome, but not a requirement. I'm just really looking for the coached birthing part, not so much the rest.
Re: bradley video courses?
Will your DH read? If so, get "The Birth Partner" and then both of you read it.
If not... just hire a doula. Seriously. It's awesome. If you don't want to spend money, try to find a student doula.
