What do you do with your birthing/exercise ball? I bounce on mine and rock/roll myself front to back and side to side, with my feet fairly wide apart. LO has already dropped, but I feel like she could always drop some more so I sit on my birthing ball while working at my desk and try to always keep moving. Any suggestions?

I second PP - get on your knees and lean over the ball. I spent a lot of time like that when I was in labor with DD and it took the pressure off my back.
I usually just sit on mine and roll my hips around.
Eh I'm working from home so only my dogs will know! I will give this a try too, there is definitely enough pressure on my back right now so I am sure this will feel amazing!
