Mine is probably the car, which isn't very exciting, I know. I have seen my friends change their son's diaper upright. Dad held the baby in his outstretched arms and mom took off the old diaper and replaced it with a pull-up diaper. He was dressed again in less than a minute and couldn't wiggle away. I thought that was pretty impressive, lol.
In the park on a blanket. It was so much easier than a car or the public restrooms. Now that I think of it, I don't even think they had a baby changing area in the bathroom.
On a blanket at Niagara Falls. It was certainly the prettiest view I've had while changing a diaper.
I also changed ds's diaper on a very narrow strip of countertop in a Wendy's bathroom because they didn't have a changing station. His feet ended up in the sink, but I got the job done.
hmmm...probably on my DH's back! We were hiking and I forgot the changing pad, so we had no place to change him and I wasn't about to lay him on the ground. DH got on all fours and made a table for me. lol

Haha I feel like over the next few years ill be changing diapers in some odd places but for now I don't really have anything too exciting. I usually change her in the car so it's easy on myself.
The weirdest place was laying down semi flat in her stroller while at sea world. I would rather change her there then in some grimy bathroom changing station.
I'm pretty lame. Mine is just the cargo space of my SUV. Usually if she MUST be changed in public, I make MH do it bc I'm a huge germaphobe and freak out over those changing stations. Also, my phone just tried to auto correct germaphobe to hermaphroditism. Wtf phone?

That is amazing! Dedicated daddy
Ours was in a lawn chair at DH's soccer game. I've never seen so many uncomfortable grown men. I think I'm opening them up to a whole new world with naked babies and public breast feeding when 90% of these guys are childless and single lol.
An examining table at the vet's office. Had to bring the dog in for his pre-international-flight exam. It took longer than I expected. DS was 1 month old, DH was supposed to take care of it during his week home, but ends up calling for the appointment on his last day home, and of course they were totally booked up so I had to be the one to take the dog to the vet. Which we agreed a couple years ago I should not do, since the dog tends to be calmer with DH.
@Latham12 - knowing that people do this makes me SO glad that I always wipe down the tables with a clorox wipe out in public! People always look at me like I'm paranoid. Obviously I'm not
I've changed the boys standing up, I'm changed them in the car, I've changed Buddy on a drift boat going down a river fishing with my dad.

I'm getting angry again just thinking about it.

With DS1 it was in his stroller in a barn at a living history farm. (It was pouring rain so we sought shelter in the barn with real cows.)
With DS2 so far it's just been in my car.
