Needing some encouragement, ladies

This little man of mine doesn't want to come out! I have been in labor since Sunday night (early labor) and by now contractions are enough to bring tears to my eyes, some lasting almost 2 minutes, but no sooner did I hit the 5-1-1 mark and speak with my OB at 230 this morning than my contractions slowed down.  Going to the OB at 1015 to get monitored and hopefully get a membrane sweep done.  

I have planned to have a natural birth all along, and that is still my plan, but I am exhausted right now, and feeling very frustrated and discouraged. Please send me lots and lots of labor dust, along with T&P that my Benjamin comes today!!! TIA

Hang in there!  You are doing a great job so far and you can do it!  Remember this is only temporary and soon you will be holding your LO.  Have your H help you relax and try to take a nap if you can.  Sending positive thoughts your way!

I'm thinking we won't hear from you until after the baby.

 My labor was extremely longgggg and like yours, it slowed down too.  From 2 hours of getting them every 5 minutes to all over the place- 10 min, then 7, then 12, etc. 

What helped me was a change of scenery.  I got checked at the dr and then went to the park for a couple hours.  I got a second wind and went from dozing off between contractions at home to walking in the park perfectly alert hours later.
